Playa Turquesa Ocean Club, Bavaro

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment at Playa Turquesa, perfect for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the pools and the laid-back atmosphere, but we did face challenges with the beach due to sargassum seaweed, which limited swimming. Overall, the accommodations were well-appointed and offered a home-like feel, making it an excellent choice for a family getaway, though we had to keep an eye on extra electric charges for air conditioning.

While the grounds and pool were clean and inviting, my experience at this resort was overshadowed by constant noise from renovations and grounds maintenance. The condo I stayed in was nice and well-kept, but the high prices at the on-site restaurants and grocery store were disappointing. On the other hand, I did appreciate the efforts to manage the sargassum on the beach, although it remained an issue during my stay.

Our stay was quite enjoyable in a spacious condo that felt more like a home. We appreciated the excellent amenities, but the frequent issue with sargassum made it hard to use the beach. The pool area was a highlight for the kids, and the nearby dining options were fantastic. Just be prepared for additional electricity charges during your stay, which can add up.

I had a fantastic time at this resort! The location is just perfect, right by the beach, and the condo we stayed in was lovely and had every amenity we could imagine. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, especially Liz, the property manager. However, the dining options could use a bit more variety, and unfortunately, I noticed some issues with the seaweed in the ocean, which affected swimming.

We had a fantastic stay in apartment P405 at Playa Turquesa! The apartment was beautifully appointed and very clean, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen was a highlight for us, as we cooked almost every meal. However, the nighttime noise from nearby bars was a bit disruptive for light sleepers. Overall, it's a superb place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, especially if you love cooking and a homey atmosphere.
